HOW DO I ORDER?

Please review our menu page, select your items. Email them as well as your date & time of your event or pick up. We will email you with 24 hours if your date is available. Once confirmed we will need payment in full via Zelle or Venmo. If you use one of our returnable boards deposit of $100 is required fully refundable if returned within 48 hours of your event. Our disposable bamboo boards are not required to be returned.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT IS ON MY BOARD?

We’re happy to accommodate your requests but we ask that you trust we have sourced, tasted and tested the best of the best for you! Every board is custom-made to order. Some items are seasonal and we do reserve the right to make substitutions.

WHERE DO YOU OPERATE FROM?

I work out of a commercial kitchen. I am fully licensed. Your order is shopped from the freshest and local sources 24 hours prior to your order and made the day of your event.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER MADE ON A DISPOSABLE OR PALM LEAF TRAY IF I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO RETURN A BOARD OR PLATTER?

We are happy to create your masterpiece on a disposable board if you don't wish to have to take the time to return.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN, VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE BOARDS?

We are happy to accommodate dietary needs such as dairy and gluten allergies but we are not a nut/dairy/gluten free kitchen and cannot accept any liability for cross-contamination. Gluten Free and Vegan Boards will be at an additional charge. Email grazingpalmsprings@gmail.com

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require a deposit or payment in full to secure orders. Orders cancelled 5 days in advance are fully refundable. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the event will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of event can be rescheduled for another date with no refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of event, are non refundable. We require minimum 48 hours to book your order, so if booking within that time, that order is non refundable. Graze tables are 50% deposit to secure, balance 7 days prior to event.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

We do! Send us a quick email with the name of the recipient, amount and any message you want included and we will email or mail you a gift certificate.

WHY CHARCUTERIE?

Do you really need an excuse to eat cheese? Our boards and boxes are perfect for those celebrating birthdays, baby and wedding showers, morning brunch, buying a house, closing deals or just a night at home on the couch!

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes we offer delivery. Fee is dependent on your location. You may also pick up your order at our Rancho Mirage location.
